We honor Esther with this design as a mother, a gemstone miner, an entrepreneur and a strong female leader in her community. Determined to keep the family business after her husband’s tragic death, she partnered with other women organizing Precious Women of Mining; an organization of women in the mining community who also help care for one another’s children allowing time to work the mines themselves. Esther is a gracious and persevering woman whose inner light shines for all to see.
