At Debra Navarro & Co, we take privacy very seriously and work to preserve your privacy with the same diligence as we protect our own.  As such, we collect only the data that we need to communicate with you, complete your purchase, and provide an excellent customer experience.  

We will never sell the information you provide to us for marketing purposes. 

Necessary information is shared with our banking partners to secure payment and for fraud prevention, with our logistics partners to ensure (and insure!) a seamless delivery experience, and/or as required by law.  

Cookies are inherently used in our online software platform.  We utilize this functionality to improve the user experience and provide order status, order history, saved carts, etc.

We also use Google Analytics and Hotjar to understand user interactions on our site. These tools collect anonymized data such as IP addresses, browser types, and pages visited.

In addition to supporting your customer experience, we also utilize user data to improve our website’s usability and performance, analyze visitor behavior to optimize the user experience and to detect/prevent fraud or security threats.
